Charlie Boscarino
President
Charles Boscarino is the President of Retail Solutions Advisors. He brings over 35 years of industry experience and has served in an executive capacity for several notable companies.Most recently, Boscarino was the senior vice president of leasing and asset operations for RMC Property Group, where he handled all aspects of leasing, marketing and asset management. Prior to joining RMC, he served as president of Century Realty Funds’ commercial real estate division, Century Retail. He supervised site acquisition, construction, leasing and other areas of operation for more than 70 shopping centers and multiple independent properties including Publix, Hobby Lobby, Marshall’s and T.J. Maxx. Before joining Century, Boscarino was the vice president of real estate and store development for Beall’s Outlet Stores, where he was responsible for development, asset management, construction and marketing of numerous locations across 14 states.
Lynda Nagy
Regional Vice President of Leasing
Lynda Nagy is the Regional Vice President of Leasing for Retail Solutions Advisors and brings 20 years of experience in the industry. Lynda is well-versed in tenant representation and has successfully negotiated contracts and completed deals for numerous shopping centers, restaurants, mixed-use spaces and more.Prior to joining RSA, Nagy was a leasing associate with Woolbright Development in Boca Raton, Florida, where she was responsible for leasing neighborhood shopping centers across south and central Florida. She also served as a sales associate with Katz & Associates, where she conducted site selection, prepared market information, pitched new business and represented tenants including Torrid, Domino’s, Mattress Giant and Express Car Wash. Before moving to Boca Raton, Nagy was the Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions for Century Retail of Lakeland, Florida, where she conducted site selection and valuation modeling for acquisition of land and grocery-anchored shopping centers.
Nagy is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and served as the 2013 CoChair for the ICSC Broward County Programs Committee.
Kelly Franzino
Regional Vice President
Kelly Franzino is the Regional Vice President of Leasing for Retail Solutions Advisors and has over 20 years of experience in all facets of the commercial real estate industry.Prior to joining RSA, Kelly Franzino was the Regional Vice President of Leasing for Brixmor Property Group handling a portfolio of over 2 million square feet throughout the State of Florida and Georgia. Brixmor is a Real Estate Investment Trust that owns and operates a national portfolio of approximately 400 open-air shopping centers totaling 73 million square feet of prime retail space. In addition to a leasing career with Brixmor Property Group, Franzino also worked for Century Retail of Lakeland, Florida as the Senior Director of Leasing where she handled new development and leasing for grocery-anchored shopping centers throughout the state Florida.Franzino has a Bachelor’s Degree – Business Administration from Jacksonville University and is an active member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)
Rodney Thompson
Property Manager
Rodney Thompson works as a property manager at Retail Solutions Advisors. He has over 8 years experience in the field of real estate and commercial property management. He was instrumental in management of 40 commercial properties throughout Florida.

Jim D. Lee, CPA
Chief Operating Officer
Jim Lee has been a Certified Public Accountant for 40 years, having served 30 years in public practice and 10 years as a chief financial officer in the heavy industrial equipment industry. He has served on the Board of Governors of Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Jim Lee has a BS degree in Accounting from Lee University (1973). He has been involved in the Real Estate industry since 1992. He was Chief Operations Officer for Century Realty Funds from 2007-2010.
